WSWC Members & Friends — Julie Groat’s Son’s Passing

We were shocked and saddened by the untimely passing of Julie’s teenage son Chaz due to an auto accident on the afternoon of Dec. 31.  He was the driver and sole occupant of his car and the only casualty.  Services were held on Jan. 13th.  See http://www.memorialutah.com/obituary/redwood/chaz-hgroat/
As a beloved friend and co-worker we mourn with her.  Julie has returned to work and is trying to resume a “normal” routine.  With Covid-related guidance, she is generally the only one in the office.  Many of you know her.  Some may not.  Most have some contact through our office.
Unfortunately, the usual well wishes for the New Year and references to Holidays past, serve to remind her of her loss.  We apologize for not making you aware of the situation earlier.  In the future, with time, there may be an appropriate opportunity to express condolences, but for now she needs time to  grieve.  Please do keep her and her husband Chuck in your thoughts and prayers.
Below is information related to a memorial fund, and how to donate if you wish.
Also, please feel free to contact me with any questions or expressions of sympathy.
Thank you,
Tony Willardson
