The Western States Water Council publishes a brief, weekly newsletter on water policy issues, intended to serve as an aid to promote better federal, state and local decision making and problem solving.  Access to all newsletters is free to members, governors and their staff.  Other public and private agencies may subscribe to current issues for a fee.  Newsletters more than six months old are free to the public.  For subscription information, please contact Julie Groat.
