The WSWC Summer (204th) Meetings will be held in West Fargo, North Dakota on July 24-26 at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Fargo Sanford Medical Center.
MEETING REGISTRATION: There is no registration fee to attend the meetings, but we are asking all individuals, regardless of in person or virtual attendance to please register in advance by filling out one of the forms below. For those attending in person, please register no later than July 10.

MEETING VENUE/GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton West Fargo located at 825 E Beaton Drive, West Fargo, ND 58078, at the rate of $169 per night. Guest room reservations may be made by calling the hotel directly at (701) 551-0120 and identifying yourself as part of the WSWC Group. You may also use the following DoubleTree Booking Link. The cut off date is June 23. After this, reservations will be accepted on availability and at the prevailing rates.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
TRANSPORTATION:
Fly into the Hector International Airport, which is served by five major airlines: Allegiant; American; Delta; Frontier; and United.
The DoubleTree offers shuttle service to and from the airport.
