2019 ESA Section 4 Rule Revisions Overview

This WestFAST hosted webinar provided an overview of the 2019 revisions to regulations under section 4 of the Endangered Species Act. The presentation covered the changes to the regulations governing the process for listing/delisting species and designating critical habitat and the regulations pertaining to protections for threatened species (i.e., 4(d) rules).
