Consolidated Positions

The Executive Committee recommended staff combine several existing policy positions into a new Cooperative Federalism position. The Council subsequently determined that the proposed consolidated position should be split into two positions, one addressing state authority over water allocation and water rights, and the other addressing water quality and state primacy.
