This is a full time position with the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The Department’s mission is to protect and preserve agriculture, environment, and natural resources through effective regulatory services, natural resource conservation, and financial and technical assistance. The Division of the Office of Water consists of three programs: Water Rights, Drinking Water, and Water Quality. The mission of the Office of Water is to protect the public health and preserve South Dakota’s water resources through effective implementation of the state’s water rights, surface water quality, and drinking water programs.
