The goal of the Southwest Oklahoma Water Supply Action Plan (SWAP) is to bring the communities in the region together to work collectively toward securing the future of the region for decades to come. SWAP identifies steps to be taken to move Southwest Oklahoma forward in the face of increasing drought and securing a sustainable economy for generations to come.
