Rulemaking: Revised definition of WOTUS

On April 12, 2019, the WSWC commented on the Corps and EPA’s revised definition of “waters of the United States,” EPA-HQ-OW-2018-0149. The comment emphasized the importance of cooperative federalism, technical and financial assistance, mapping and geospatial data, and the impact of changes on the states.
