The WSWC 2025 Summer (207th) Meetings and 60th Anniversary will be held in Snowbird, Utah on June 10-12, at The Cliff Lodge.
MEETING REGISTRATION: There is no registration fee to attend the meetings, but we are asking all individuals, regardless of in person or virtual attendance to please register in advance by filling out ONLY one of the forms below. For those attending in person, please register no later than May 14.

MEETING VENUE/GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Cliff Lodge is located up Little Cottonwood Canyon at 9320 S Cliff Lodge Drive, Snowbird, UT 84092. A room block is being held in the name of the Western States Water Council (WSWC). The guest room rate is $142.00 plus tax and fees per night ($15 nightly resort fee). Guests may make their hotel reservation using the following WSWC Hotel Reservation Link. Alternatively, guests may make their reservations by calling the hotel’s reservations department at (800) 453-3000 (select option #2) and mention the WSWC room block code 2DE4CS. Our room block deadline is May 14, 2025. The Cliff Lodge offers a shuttle service to and from the airport through Alta Shuttles (see below under “Transportation” for further information).
Check-in after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

TRANSPORTATION:
Fly into the Salt Lake International Airport.
The Cliff Lodge Shuttle Service: The Cliff Lodge offers a shuttle service to and from the airport through Alta Shuttles. The current round-trip cost is $114 (includes gratuity) for the shared van per person, with a one-way rate of $57 per person. Guests who would like to use this service may book that at the time of booking your hotel accommodations. You will need to have your flight information at the time of booking. If you do not, you may call back to book that anytime up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
