The Western States Water Council (WSWC) Fall Meetings and Joint Meeting with the Interstate Council on Water Policy (ICWP) will be held in Lawrence, Kansas on October 22-23, at The Oread Lawrence Hotel.

MEETING REGISTRATION:
There is no registration fee to attend the WSWC meetings, but we are asking all individuals, regardless of in person or virtual attendance to please register in advance by filling out ONLY one of the forms below. For those attending in person, please register no later than October 8.

MEETING VENUE/GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Oread Lawrence Hotel is located at 1200 Oread Avenue, Lawrence, KS 66044. A room block for the nights of October 21-23, checking out October 24, is being held in the name of the WSWC. The guest room rates for single/double occupancy is $107.00 per night, plus tax. Guests may make their reservations by calling the hotel directly at (785) 843-1200, mentioning the WSWC room block. Alternatively, you may use the WSWC – Oread Hotel Reservation Link. Please note, in order for you to make changes, you will need to click on the dates in the calendar (click here for instructions). Our room block deadline is September 20. Any reservations requested after the cut-off shall be accepted, based on availability, and at the prevailing rate.
Check-in after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure
TRANSPORTATION:
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is the closest major airport to Lawrence, Kansas. Travel time between MCI and Lawrence is approximately 50 minutes. The Oread does not offer shuttle service.
