WSWC Summer 2021 (196th) Meetings
The WSWC hopes to return to in-person meetings in Summer 2021. The WSWC Summer (196th) Meetings will be held in Cody, Wyoming on June 23-25, 2021.

The WSWC meetings will be held at the Holiday Inn at Buffalo Bill Village located at 1701 Sheridan Avenue in Cody, Wyoming.
Guest Room Accommodations:
Lodging is held in the name of the Western States Water Council. The negotiated guest room rates are $172 per night for one room cabins (1-4 persons).
Check-in after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Contact the hotel directly at 1-307-587-5544, extension 610 and mention the Western States Water Council to secure a reservation at the group room rate of $172/night.
The quoted rates will be extended one day prior and one day after the event to accommodate travel needs.
Any reservations requested after the cut-off shall be accepted, based on availability, and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.
Cancellation: To avoid a one-night’s lodging fee, advise the Hotel a minimum of 72 hours prior to date of arrival of any change in planned length of stay.

Yellowstone Regional Airport (COD) is a full service airport in Cody, Wyoming and is served year round by United Express offering service to Denver and by a Delta Connection providing summer seasonal service to Salt Lake City.
Ground Transportation: car rentals are available at the Yellowstone Regional Airport from several national chains.
